Hello Everyone!
 
I would first like to start by saying THANKS to all who supported our Academy Talent Show and Auction.  The night was a big success because of all of the volunteers, donors, students, and faculty.  We appreciate all of you who make the Academy such a fantastic school. 
 
The year is starting to wrap up with AIMS over and summer just around the corner.  The PTO Board is looking for your help.  Below are two forms, one for PTO Board Nominations and one for a PTO sponsored award (The Round Table Award) to recognize one faculty/staff member and one volunteer each year.  Please take a look at these documents and give them your time and consideration.  We will be voting on the 2009-2010 board at the April 23rd meeting.  If you are unable to make the meeting please let us know and we will provide an absentee ballot to you via e-mail.  Also, please feel free to e-mail the attached documents to maaspto@hotmail.com if you would like. 
 
Please also note that we need three volunteers to audit our PTO books this summer, if you would like to assist with that please contact me a.s.a.p.
