Completely run by volunteers, Mesa Academy for Advanced Studies Parent Teacher Organization, (MAAS PTO) is a non-profit organization earning money to put back into the school in order to help provide the students with the best opportunities for their education. 

Last year, the PTO gave over $1,600 in teacher grants alone.  We will continue the teacher grants program, setting aside funds for each grade level.  The PTO also helped to purchase much needed school supplies including custom table covers printed with the Academy logo to use for school events and competitions.  This year, we will be starting a fund to make some renovations to the back of the school.

The PTO is only as strong as its members.  We invite you to join us the first Monday of the month, for our PTO General Meetings, (following Monday for holiday weeks).  We need the involvement of parents, teachers and staff in order to operate…. come up with ideas, plan, and orchestrate events.  We need your help to decide what events we host and what we do with our funds.  We are in the process of updating our website and should be up and running very shortly.  Please refer to the website for upcoming events and updates.  Join the PTO email distribution list to stay informed via email.  (We know that sometimes those flyers never make it home!?!)
